Privacy policy

Your video stays in your browser tab.

VideoToolDeck is designed around a simple boundary: the free tools process selected video files locally in the browser, not on a conversion server.

What happens to your file?

When you choose a video, your browser reads the file locally. The tool creates an output file and gives you a local download link.

We do not upload selected videos to a server for the free local tools. There is no account, no cloud library, and no server upload file storage in this version.

Network requests you may still see

Private by design files

Your browser downloads HTML, CSS, JavaScript, icons, and page assets needed to display the site.

the video tool

The tool starts only after you choose a file and begin the job. Your selected video is not uploaded.

Future analytics

If analytics are added, they should measure page and tool events without sending filenames or media content.

What we should not collect

  • Video files selected in the tool.
  • Output files created by the tool.
  • Raw audio or frame data.
  • File names in analytics or error reports.
  • Personal accounts for the free local tools.

Practical limits

Browser memory can fail.Large files may crash or fail locally, especially on mobile browsers.
Processing speed depends on your device.A slow laptop or phone can take much longer than a cloud server.
Content blockers can block the engine. If the tool does not start, reload the page or try another modern browser.
